Hemingway

Making me less stupid, or appear so he'll hope

Reverend Lukas Verne Rohm | The First of His Name | No one is counting that weird German, well other German guy
I need to start working on my titles again. Figured I would at least be a Sir by now. Here nor there. For those that know me it should come as now surprise that I’m awful at this fancy writing. Again programmers make me look smart. Hemmingwayapp.com offers dumb dumbs like me a tool to detect writing mistakes and much more.

Like a traditional word processor (HA! I caught that misspelling) Hemingway highlights mistakes as you go. I often fall victim to errors in type that are real words so the check doesn’t catch it. Hemingway, at least so far, offers me a fix to that problem plus all the fancy learning I don’t have. I really thought that last sentence would have been wrong, but I’m sucked into their trap now.

Readability by grade is solid. Not sure what the rule on copy is anymore so a good reference for all those Social Mediaers. The reading time is super valuable for me as I am a happy clicker, but if the article appears too long I’m “saving it for later”. I promise I’m only not correcting that for example. I’ve seen this on other sites and with us damn millennials I’m already approaching the TL;DR.

Hemingwayapp.com like Grammarly, but less annoying.
