Our favorite tool for tracking our progress on tasks and User Stories for our projects. They also have great tracking for goals, meeting notes and follow ups. ClickUp is a huge Software Crush for us as they’re dropping new dope features like they’re hot.
Much more than simple to use credit card payments. They offer great options for managing your staff with everything from payroll to timecards. Their Appointments software is really cool, you can get business loans with Square Capital, manage inventor for you E-Commerce store, and more new great stuff all the time. Haven’t spent time with their Marketing tools yet, but the demos look great.
We’re big on Google and for good reason if you ask me. You can try their cell service free for 30 days. They just send you a SIM card to pop into your device. No contracts ever. Price is either $70 per month for unlimited data or you can pay $30 per month and $10 per GB of data. There are also 2+ Million Google Hot Spots that you automatically connect to. They will also send data only SIM cards to connect your other devices to you plan if you want (you do want to).
Insurance for your phone is $7 per month and $30 deductible for a screen repair and $50 for a device. The coverage rotates between 3 major networks to whichever gives you the best service (Google Pixel phones only). You do want a Pixel anyway, but tons of dope features with the two together. T-Mobile 5G is also available to qualified devices.
I’m always looking at new technology, but WordPress is still the gold standard for Content Management Systems (CMS). Most of the internet runs on it and better it’s great and simple. We’ll see how well this ages with some cool new products coming out recently to rival them, but not now it’s king.
